For QuoteRush issue please follow these steps.


  1. Ensure that your QuoteRush Client is up to date.
    • Easiest way to ensure this is to close QuoteRush and relaunch. If you are not up to date you will see this prompt.
    • Click yes and allow to update.
      • If update fails or requests an admin password, first check if you have 2 instances of QuoteRush on your Desktop. The one called "QuoteRush Updater" should allow you to update without an admin password. If you are missing QuoteRush Updater & require an admin password, submit an IT ticket.
  2. Ensure you are using the correct credentials in this prompt.
  3. Reach out to your manager to see if there is a known fix.
  4. If the above fails to resolve your issue reach out to QuoteRush Support.
