If downloading only one file:
Locate file from list of files that have been uploaded then hover over the file & click on the download link.
If downloading more than one file:
From left menu:
1. Click "Create" button
2. Select "Folder"
From left menu
1. Enter name for folder
2. click "Create Folder" button
From Left Menu:
1. Click "All Files"
2. Click select all button
3. Click Move button
1. Select Folder you created from list
2. Click "Move" button
From Left menu:
1. Right-click on folder you moved files to
2. Click "Download" (This will automatically zip the folder & download as a zip file)
Once download is completed, click "Show in folder" button
1. Right-click on zipped folder that was downloaded.
2. Click "Extract Here"
New folder will appear with same name
Open to access the files that were moved to that folder in ZoHo.
