• File Upload Options
    • The acknowledgement form and the additional file options are being removed.
  • CMS Consent Recording Requirement 
    • A new panel to comply with CMS requirements has been created. "Consent Recording"
    • If you are engaged with the client directly, click "Start Recording Consent".
      • If this is your first time accessing this on a device it will prompt you to allow microphone access.
    • Once you have clicked "Start Recording Consent" disclaimers will be presented for you to read aloud.
      • While the disclaimers are presented the recording has started.
    • Once you have finished reading the disclaimers with the client click "Consent Recorded"
    • You will see a progress bar during the upload.
    • Once that is complete you will be moved to the final panel as is normal.
    • If you have successfully uploaded the consent the rest of the form proceeds as normal.
    • However, if your area network conditions are not conducive to uploading a file, and you reach 60 seconds without a successful upload of the consent recording you will be presented with the following message.
    • You can then click continue to proceed with the form After submission you will be presented with the below dialog.
    • Once you have completed your call, click "Consent Confirmed" and the form will proceed to reset in 5 secs as normal.
    • If you already have the recording of the client consent prior to submitting the form. You may instead click "Defer Consent Recording Upload".
    • If you click defer consent recording you will be brought to the final panel as is normal.
    • However, after submission you will be presented with the below dialog.
    • Click "Acknowledge" and the form will proceed to reset in 5 secs as normal. You will need to go to your submissions and upload the Consent Recording before this application will be processed.
