Consent Recording Requirement

After completing the "Payment Information" section, a new "Consent Recording" section will be presented if the Client is outside the state of Florida.

Clicking the "Start Recording Consent" button will play an audio recording introducing a licensed insurance agent. While audio recording is playing you will see a progress bar popup.

After the audio recording is done playing, the popup will change and begin automatically recording using your microphone. The Client will need to state their full name and date of birth for the recording. Once this is recorded click the "Save Consent" button.

After clicking the "Save Consent" button, the popup will change again and another prerecorded message will be played for the Client. While this is playing you will see a progress bar popup.

After the second prerecorded section is done being read the popup will change again and begin automatically recording, prompting the Client to say "I agree." Once the client has stated they agree, click the "Save Consent" button.

After this the recordings will be uploaded and saved. Depending on netword connectivity this might take a minute. While this is happening you will see a progress bar in the "Consent Recording" section.

By listening to the prerecorded audio playback and correctly and accurately responding with your own recordings you will no longer need to call in to confirm the Client's consent. After the "Consent Recording" section has been completed the form will collapse that section and expand the final section that ultimately requires the Client's signature and can be completed as usual.

Recording Upload Failure

If your network conditions are poor the consent recording may fail to upload. In this case you will be notified on the screen and present with a "Continue" button which will allow you to move on to the final panel of the form.

Continuing in this way will require you to call in to confirm consent. You will be shownwith a popup at the end of the form providing you the number to call and a reference number you can provide to expedite the process.
