All referral agents regardless of license status or state of operation will now be able to record their client's consent via the Referral Agent Submission Form. All referral agents will be presented with a slightly differing popup depending on license status and state of operation.

As before if network conditions do not allow successful upload of the consent recording, the referral agent will be presented with the option to defer the upload and will be presented with a popup after the final panel (with the signature pad) prompting the agent and the client to call in to provide consent.
