Change Overview


The 'Plan Information' tab in the RASF has been replaced with the 'Plan Selection' tab. This new tab enhances the plan selection process by providing recommended plans based on the client's information and allowing for a more streamlined experience.

Plan Selection Tab Features:


Initial Plan Recommendations:

  • Upon accessing the 'Plan Selection' tab, the form will automatically search for recommended plans based on the data provided in the form.

  • You will be presented with up to four plan tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
  • If any of the tiers have a zero-premium plan, only the zero-premium plan for each applicable tier will be displayed.

  • If no zero-premium plans are available, the lowest premium plan for each tier will be shown.


Viewing More Plans:

  • If the initially displayed plans are not suitable for the client, you can click 'Show More' to view all available plans sorted by premium (lowest to highest).

  • Plans are displayed 10 per page for easier navigation.


Changing Selected Plan:

  • If a plan is selected in error, you can click 'Change Selected Plan' to reset the tab to its original state, allowing for the correct plan selection.


State Availability Message:

  • If services are not currently available in the client's state, a message will be displayed: 

"Thank you for your interest in our services. Currently, we are not writing in your state. However, we are continuously expanding our reach and will be in touch as soon as we are available in your area. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you in the future."

  • The submission can still be completed to enroll the client once services are available in their state.


No Plans Available Message:

  • If no suitable plans are found for the client, a message will be displayed: 

"Our field quoter did not find a suitable plan for you at this time. Please reach out to our licensed specialists at (xxx) xxx-xxxx at your earliest convenience. We are committed to finding the right plan for you and look forward to assisting you further."

  • The submission can still be completed; however, the client must call in to speak with a licensed representative in order to verify their information and find the best plan for them. 


Confirmation and Proceeding:

  • After selecting a plan, you can click 'Confirm Selected Plan' to proceed with the form as it functioned previously.


Premium'd Plans:

  • You will get an additional popup at the end of form submission.
  • There are 2 different prompts you may see dependent on your Consent Recording status.


Note: Please ensure that all information entered in the form is accurate and up-to-date to receive the most suitable plan recommendations for the client.
