Prerequisite: Be logged into IMS
Once logged into IMS, begin by navigating to the "Manage" option located in the top right corner. 
1. Within this page, identify the section labeled "Change Phone Number" (refer to item 1 in the accompanying images).
2. Input your desired phone number in the New Phone Number field.
(Important Note: Ensure it adheres to the format: ##########. Please do not include any hyphens, open or
close parenthesis, or any other special characters.)
3. Once entered, click on the Update Phone Number button
Important Note: Updating your phone number will render it unvalidated for MFA purposes. To reactivate MFA for the new number, please follow the steps outlined here.
