Prerequisite: Be logged into IMS & ensure your phone number is correctly entered in the system.
Important Note: If phone number is not accurate, please follow the steps here to update it prior to continuing.
Once logged into IMS, begin by navigating to the "Manage" option located in the top right corner.
1. On the subsequent page, if your Text MFA isn't activated, locate the section labeled "Text Multi-Factor Validation" (refer to item 1 in the accompanying images).
2. Click on the Send Code button to receive a validation code, which remains valid for 15 minutes.
3. Upon receipt, enter the code into the Verification Code field.
4. Finally, click on the Validate button.
